- Not at the moment. Our suites start around 4,500 square feet, which suits teams of roughly twenty to fifty people. If you need something smaller, tell us what you are looking for and we will let you know when a fit opens up.
- What is included in the rent?
- Rates are quoted NNN, meaning base rent plus your proportional share of property taxes, insurance, and common-area maintenance. Suite utilities and janitorial depend on the lease, and we spell them out alongside a current operating-expense estimate before you sign. Tenants have access to the board room, training room, fitness center, and heated parking.
- What are the building hours?
- Tenants have key-card access around the clock. The management office in Suite 300 is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and that is where you will find us if you need anything.
